Well..it's day two of the blogging and was a typical day...it's been cold and rainy here today, with a fair amount of fog.....so, in typical fashion, I woke up WAAAAAY too early, and went to work early (by my standards).....so that I could get a couple of things done before the first meeting of the day (8:00)....
Yeah...meeting with my boss, her boss and one of my employees...WEEEEEEEE! Then off to two more meetings before lunch....needless to say, by noon, my butt was dragging and by the end of my 1:00 meeting, felt like it was time to go home (and yet it was only 2:00 on the clock) UGH!
So...I lumbered through the afternoon and joked with employees and schemed with peers for our upcoming department move....yeah....we're redesigning the layout of our department and I'm scheming so that I can get to sit next to different people....my current cubemates drive me up the frippin tree!
Once 4:00 rolled around, I was like a a bullet out the damn door! LOL Not sure why, it's a gloomy, cold Tuesday and not like I had any plans....but had to get out! My great friend Rob is back home from vacation, so we've been texting like crazy men! LOL What did I do before text messages and IM? hmmm....talked to people? Wow....so thankful for technology! lol
Tonight's excitement....what to have for dinner and chatting with a couple of friends online..oh yeah..gotta call this cool person I met that may be interested in dating me....*keep your fingers crossed*...we're meeting this weekend!
My boi Perry is home sick...poor lil fella...lol (yes...I know he's reading this...so I'm sure it will get a reaction).....
The rest of the week looks brutal at work...not many openings on the old calendar for this guy! UGH.....but..it makes the days go quickly! :) Then work Saturday morning....*yawn* Is it Friday yet? LOL
